- We accept both online and offline payment modes. Upon receiving a payment, we will provide a payment confirmation slip within 24-48 hours after verification by our account management team.
- Payments are charged based on the time and resources utilized for the project. In case of technical challenges or unforeseen circumstances, the delivery timeline may be delayed. However, a solution will be provided as part of our commitment to quality.
- Tech support is available from the date of the first payment and continues for one year. A certificate and token number will be issued as proof of the service provided.
3. Accountability & Delays
- We believe in delivering high-quality products, which may take time depending on the complexity of the project. The business should understand that quality cannot be compromised for speed.
- NGNetworksIT will not be held responsible for any project delays caused by the complexity of the project or external factors, but every effort will be made to meet deadlines.
4. Data Usage and Privacy
- All personal data collected from clients will be used solely for improving the customer experience and ensuring efficient project management.
- NGNetworksIT will not share your data with third parties except for purposes related to delivering the project or where required by law.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide valid proof of payment or invoice when requesting services or support.
- Any delays or changes in the project scope should be communicated promptly by the client.
6. Refund and Returns
- While all services are customized to the client’s specifications, we understand that issues may arise. In such cases, NGNetworksIT is committed to providing a resolution.If you face any issues with the service provided, we will work with you to resolve the problem. In the event that a satisfactory solution cannot be reached, we offer a refund or a fair resolution based on the situation.Upon request, all digital property or deliverables associated with the project will be transferred to the client, ensuring full ownership of the work completed.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- All services and products delivered by NGNetworksIT are for the client’s use only and are not intended for resale.
- NGNetworksIT retains the intellectual property rights for any proprietary software, plugins, or frameworks used in the project.
8. Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes, the parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If necessary, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi courts.
