1. Services

NG Networks IT helps customers create websites, apps, eCommerce stores, SaaS platforms, and provides technical support, AI solutions, automation, hosting, and marketing-related services.

2. Free Trial Policy

Users on a free trial may receive limited access to services and support.

Once the free trial period ends, website access, files, and related trial data may be suspended or permanently removed from our systems without notice.

For assistance, users must raise a support ticket through our support portal.

3. Technical Support

Free trial users who require setup assistance or technical help may be required to purchase our Technical Support product/service.

The amount paid for technical support may be adjusted or deducted from the final plan purchase amount if the customer later upgrades to a paid plan that includes free support.

Basic customer service may still be available without payment, depending on availability and issue type.

4. Domain Policy

Domain purchases are non-refundable because payments are directly transferred to the domain registrar/domain authority after purchase.

Once a domain is registered, cancellation is not possible.

Customers remain the legal owner of their purchased domain and may transfer or resell the domain independently through any domain marketplace or registrar.

5. Custom Development & Refund Policy

Payments made for custom development, design, setup, API integration, server setup, marketing, management, or technical work are non-refundable.

This is because development work involves resource allocation, server usage, API charges, manpower time, software licensing, and technical management costs.

If customers face any issue, they may raise a support complaint through the official support portal for resolution assistance.

6. Affiliate Program

Affiliate commissions are processed only after successful payment verification from the referred customer.

Affiliate payouts are generally released on D+15 after successful verification and documentation checks.

Commission distribution for parent affiliates, sub-affiliates, and network structures will be processed according to the affiliate system rules and company policies.

For payout-related queries, affiliates should contact the support team.

7. Security & Illegal Activities

Any hacking attempt, unauthorized access, abuse, fraud, malware activity, phishing, or actions that may harm NG Networks IT, its systems, or its customers may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in such cases.

8. Support & Complaints

If any customer faces issues related to products or services, they must raise a support ticket through the official support portal.

If call support is unavailable or delayed, customers should use the support portal for proper tracking and resolution.

9. Payment Policy

Customers must make payments only through:

  • Official NG Networks IT UPI QR codes
  • Official payment gateways such as Razorpay and PayU
  • Official company payment methods listed on our website

Do not make payments directly to employees, agents, affiliates, or third parties unless officially authorized by NG Networks IT.

NG Networks IT will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons.

10. User Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • The use of their website, app, marketing campaigns, or digital products
  • Maintaining password security and account access
  • Providing required verification documents if requested
  • Content uploaded or published on their platform
  • Any misuse, illegal activity, copyright violation, spam, or complaints caused through their account or website

NG Networks IT only provides tools, development, hosting, technical services, and business solutions to help users grow their business.

11. Service Changes

NG Networks IT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, pricing, or plan at any time without prior notice.
